For the standard rate payment is not immediate. The credit card is only to guarantee the reservation and reserve. Payment will be made in the structure during the check- in or check-out , as there is more comfortable, with cash , credit card or debit card.

If you want to cancel or change a reservation , if you reserved a standard rate, you can do it for free within 7 days prior to the date of check- in. After this date the cancellation fee is equivalent to the first night. For no show or cancellation on the day of arrival you will be charged for the entire stay. Search the links sent in e-mail confirming your booking to cancel your reservation. Conversely, the non-refundable rate plans are charged immediately upon booking .
